In our capacity of Russian attorneys and lawyers we provide legal services with regard to Russian private and public law issues mostly. However, we do not limit our practice to Russian law only — we also focus on legal matters related to cross-border or foreign legal areas. We provide legal services for Russian entities involved in foreign projects and for foreign entities with interests in Russia. We specialize in both foreign-related private and public law issues (including Private International Law, International Commercial Arbitration, International Trade Law, Currency Regulation, Foreign Investment and International Tax Law).

Apart from our major legal practice, we maintain a strong interest in legal research. The latter assists us in our daily work, eliminates uncertainties and lack of clarity in Russian law, and facilitates the accomplishment of complex legal schemes. We cooperate with outstanding Russian legal scholars and experts and have been actively engaged in the Russian law-making process.
